Juicer

Detox Green Juice:

  • 1 Cucumber

  • 1/2 - 1 bunch of Celery

  • 3 big handfuls Spinach, Kale, Leafy Greens

  • 2” Ginger

  • 1-2 handfuls of Cilantro and/or Parsley

  • 1 handful of Mint

Choose 2 fruits:

  • Grapefruit (remove peel)

  • Apple and/or Pear (remove seeds)

Push through Juicer for 2-3 Fresh Juices!

Post-workout Smoothie:

  • 10—12 oz Green juice + 3-4 ice cubes

  • 1/2 Avocado

  • 1-2 scoops Collagen Protein

  • 1 tsp Moringa Powder

Blend until smooth.

  • 1.5 cups Water

  • 1/2 apple, chopped

  • Cinnamon & Salt

Add after cooked and pressure released:

  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup Sliced Almonds

  • Handful of dried Cranberries (no sugar added)

Manual Cook 1 Min + 10 Min Natural Pressure Release

  • 2-3 Med Zucchinis - spiralize, pat dry

  • Salt, pepper

  • ½ cup Organic Pasta Sauce (minimal sugar)
