1 tsp MCT Oil

2 c. Organic Coffee or Tea

Juicer
Detox Green Juice:
1 Cucumber
1/2 - 1 bunch of Celery
3 big handfuls Spinach, Kale, Leafy Greens
2” Ginger
1-2 handfuls of Cilantro and/or Parsley
1 handful of Mint
Choose 2 fruits:
Grapefruit (remove peel)
Apple and/or Pear (remove seeds)
Push through Juicer for 2-3 Fresh Juices!
Post-workout Smoothie:
10—12 oz Green juice + 3-4 ice cubes
1/2 Avocado
1-2 scoops Collagen Protein
1 tsp Moringa Powder
Blend until smooth.
Instant Pot Pressure Cooker
Cinnamon Quinoa
1 cup Quinoa (pre-soaked 8-10hrs)
1.5 cups Water
1/2 apple, chopped
Cinnamon & Salt
Add after cooked and pressure released:
1/4 - 1/2 cup Sliced Almonds
Handful of dried Cranberries (no sugar added)
Manual Cook 1 Min + 10 Min Natural Pressure Release
Serve alongside a savory dish to satisfy all your flavor senses!
Spiralizer
Zucchini Pasta
2-3 Med Zucchinis - spiralize, pat dry
Coconut/Avocado Oil Spray
1-2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
Salt, pepper
½ cup Organic Pasta Sauce (minimal sugar)
Personal Touch: Play with other spices/herbs and sauces - pesto, curry, cilantro-lime!
Cook 5-7 minutes, adding sauce at the end.
